Jasmine

With its pure white blossoms, the jasmine flower symbolizes purity, calmness, and inspiration. Originating from eastern South Asia, the flower was introduced to China during the Han Dynasty and was used to scent tea. This practice has carried over into present times, where the jasmine flower is used in traditional medicine, fragrances, tea, and as a symbol for mental health.
